I pulled up at 7:45 am saw the security guards smoking and eating interacting with a woman there car the door was open I asked for a application since it's paper and they are in out the office freely I I asked for an application to fill out in car to leave in the box at 8 they were so rude at nasty it's a shame the government employees and who they hire are have the rudest disrespectful employees it's a shame I'm only trying to assist my elderly mother since she lost benefits these women are the rudest o have encountered

No Way Should You Have to Wait A HOUR Just To Talk To Somebody. Then If You Do Call The Automatic Voice Tells You The Call Will Be Disconnected Due To A High Volume Of Calls Either The Mfs That Work In The Office Slow As Hell Or They Just Not Doing Their Job Right. No Way Yall Have More 1 Stars Then 5 Stars

Dont bother calling , youll never get anyone on the phone , youd be lucky to even know your caseworkers name and you will not get an extension number for whoever it is . Dont bother going to the office to talk to anyone because they will just make you fill out a form and wait on a call that youll never get. Dont bother emailing because they will not respond. My application is due for completion today and the status of it is still marked as incomplete.. Ive turn in all documents about 3 weeks ago and havent heard from them or received mail. Im just waiting on them to lie like always saying they never received it or my forms got lost in the drop box (they are well known for this). And yes it will be your fault and yes youll have to start the process all the way over . Im pregnant and unable to work at the moment and need assistance with groceries. No updates , no anything . Just thought Id post a review in case anyone else is going through the same things. Hopefully everything goes well and they do there part just as I did mine . UPDATE: I went from one to three starts because my case was handled today and approved but I only gave them three because the communication is terrible and you can never get in touch with anyone .
