        We moved to Glennbrooke for the HOA, that bit us in the butt quick! The HOA is more concerned with seeing the corner of my kids swing-set in my back yard than the countless cars (sometimes broken down for months) parked on the streets, the houses with overgrown grass/weeds, the bikes, lawnmowers, trash cans in peoples front yards, and the Christmas lights that are still up in July! Dont get too excited about the amenities, the splash pad doesnt work half the time, the pools are dirty/cloudy, and the gym is a joke! Do better Stone Martin! Photo of said swing-set attached.
