    I was paying my rent before the due date, the air conditioner kept breaking, I told the people who worked there my child had severe eczema so sge can't be hot, it took them over 2 weeks to fix the problem, the vendor accused us of letting the air out the unit.. they never came to fixed initial repairs. I sent videos and pictures of animals coming inside of the house, never fixed the leaks which created mold, they said either pay or quit without fixing the things in the house, so we decided to leave. They told me the owner died so nobody responded back to my requested after a year... they gave me a notice that don't match my receipts of when I paid. Everybody either died or moved from the company...

    Doesnt even deserve a 1 star review! The property management does not care about the tenants. They have no sense of urgency. You submit a work order and they will acknowledge the work order as complete and did nothing. Had no hot water when first moving in and was told it was going to be fixed prior to us moving in. Went a month before they sent out a water heater that I had to install in the attic, due to them not being able to hire effective workers that know how to do the job. We had a very large mold spot over the kitchen that was asked to get fixed from the time we moved in. Had it looked at a couple of times and the last time it was looked at, the worker literally coated it with fresh white paint over a saggy molded hole that he put tape over to cover the hole to paint over. Nothing was done right or done at all. Had a toilet then go out in our guest bathroom and over flowed the bathroom and hallway and no water to our master bathroom but was told as long as we had a toilet that operated somewhere in the house along with water that would come out of the shower whether it was the master or guest that it wasnt a problem that they needed to worry about and would not fix until it was in the convenience of them. The house and yard was trashed and the roof was damaged upon moving in that they were not going to fix until we brought up the fact of it being damaged and didnt want to initially move in with it damaged. Then when stating that there was rodents in the attic, we were also told that was our problem as tenants. So when giving them multiple opportunities to come and fix these simple problems that turned into bigger problems, we gave them proper notice that if not fixed by the next following month, that we would either A. Prorate rent so I could fix the known problems with the house myself or B. Leave due to unfit living conditions as my fianc was pregnant and we were both getting sick from the mold and not having a proper bathroom to use as well. When we were told that none of that was going to be handled because it wasnt their problem, we then let them know that we would not be paying rent and terminating lease due to unfit living conditions. Here we are 3 years later and Im notified that they charged me for a $1,000 to collections on my credit when Im trying to close on a home and I see they still have the same problems and horrible management. After weeks of trying to get a hold of them and pulling up to their closed location during their said operating business hours. I repeatedly called their direct line over and over again getting to a point where theyd send me straight to voicemail, I finally called enough back to back where I guess they were tired of seeing their phone ring, they answered and was shortly given a call back by Carolyn where she had the same attitude she had 3 years ago with me saying that she stated my collection bill should have been more due to breaking lease early but its crazy because the $1000 that she is stating that was owed wasnt even the full price of rent that we paid a month so nothing is honestly adding up at this point and was told that I could have my attorney take it up with their attorney. The management is a disgrace, and the fixer uppers that they purchase and rent out and state the damages will get fixed, will never get fixed. And coming from Carolyns mouth its not her problem. DO NOT USE SOUTHERN REALITY! THIS PLACE IS THE BIGGEST SCAM AND HEADACHE YOULL EVER HAVE!
