Haven't moved in yet so I can't give much information besides it's alot of potholes out there so be careful but that's nothing new in Montgomery we have alot of potholes

HORRIBLE!! Its the workers leaving the good reviews for me!! My roof has started back leaking . Ive put in several work orders and nothing has been done , My air still is out and its going on 3 months , I have a ac unit in one room that I had to go and buy with my own money . They also went up on the rent and then charge a late fee if its not paid by the third. There are literally 4 women working at the front office , Im trying to see what they need that many workers for? And if you complain enough about they offfer you out of your lease instead of just fixing the problem. They never cut the grass until me and other neighbors call the city on them . Its ridiculous , Ive been out here for 2 years and theyve switched management and office workers THREE times!!! I heard noise one day while I was home and I look out my window and one of the residents were about to get in a fight with the office women , Ive called every coporate number I could and cannot find the help me and these other residents deserve , hopefully God does what needs to be done , especially for people having a hard time finding a new place.
