        This LC is very hit or miss. I've never had a problem with the food but the service is lacking. My teenager still likes their pizzas but I don't go here a lot because they seem to always be severely understaffed. On a Saturday evening Hot and Ready is a no go. Expect long wait times. I did the pizza portal maybe a month ago and it was quick and easy. Then used it again last week... I got the email saying my pizza was ready. Cool. We got there 20 minutes later and not a pizza in site. Waited another 15 minutes before it was ready. From the comfort of my home I'm cool with a waiting. But having to wait when they said the pizza was ready just defeated the purpose.
