DO NOT HIRE! THEY TAKE YOUR DEPOSIT, SLOW PLAY THE JOB, GIVE EXCUSES EVERY DAY, DO NOT FOLLOW THROUGH & THEN GHOST YOU! DO NOT GIVE THEM A DEPOSIT! We hired this company over two months ago to help paint an apartment complex - I think the pictures speak for themselves. BE WARNED! Unfortunately, now we have to take legal action!** In response to the owner's Summer and Christopher Lance Smith's misleading response to the public for our review**1) You are not addressing our LARGE 50% deposit to start that we are going to get refunded one way or the other. There are multiple other buildings you have not even started on and were contracted to do and that was part of the large deposit. You can't have possibly burned through that much of our money, unless there is fraud involved or you spent our money in other ways. That over FIVE FIGURE deposit we will get back you are withholding from us and not-responding is criminal, and we will fight to get this back ASAP through civil and/or criminal court if this is not resolved. There are multiple other people that have experiences the same issues from your company as well I have attached photos for. If you are complaining about me showing only the back building, why don't you post the front then and show the world your "work"? You won't - because it is just as bad.2) The weather has been generally fine in Montgomery the past two months or so - yes, has there been a little rain here and there the past two months - of course. But it's two months, not every day has their been rain. The fact is, it's been TWO MONTHS, and one building out of multiple is not even 50% done. We have multiple witness & cameras to show that one person barely worked on this job the last two months to paint one building. This past Friday, one of your workers showed up at 11am and left at 2pm and was texting on their phone most of the time per our cameras and witnesses we are happy to provide.3) You seem to have many complaints about my building condition. Why did you accept the job then? We were never notified of any of these complaints and if we were notified, we could absolutely address them so you can continue your work in the best way possible.4) Why does it even matter how long we took to send in a deposit? The fact is, you have our money - you have been slow playing this job, the quality of the work is horrible, you have been making excuses daily, and we aren't seeing progress.*** I have also posted pictures from other people having issues as well that weren't on here previously. *** There are multiple Google Reviews that come from Nova Scotia based on our research, and if you click on each account, it appears that they must have paid someone to write them 5-star reviews without service. Most of the accounts write them a review one time and they seem to be close-together! *** We've also cross-referenced pictures on their website via reverse image search and found a majority of the images on Google Images on other sites. Could be looking at copywrite infringement as well.***** We are willing to have a conversation to get our deposit back! However, Summer & Chris (Lance), DO NOT RESPOND once they have your money and you realize the scam and/or incompetence all along, so we want to alert others before they have to file in either small claims or special/civil court, before it is too late.
