        I have beed waiting on a call for 2 weeks to reset my childrens appointments and to find out why they have been trying to bill the wrong insurace company for my oldest childs visits. So I go in today to try and reset my childs appointments and they refuse to set them. They say that they will call me back to set them. I have already been waiting for 2 weeks to get a call. I have been trying to change their doctor but Medicaid makes it almost impossible to to that. So im stuck with the most incompetent doctor and staff I have ever been too.
