Office staff (specifically the person scheduling) is extremely rude and unprofessional. Literally hung up in my face while I was talking. When I called back, she said she thought the conversation was over and would not let me speak to anyone else when I asked. Once I explained the situation and asked her to make the appointment while I looked at my work calendar, she said they mail appointments out and she couldn't do that. She then proceeded to say "You can't rearrange your schedule for YOUR MOTHER?" She has no idea what I do for my mother and how dare her imply I'm a bad daughter because I'm trying to make her an appointment around my work schedule so I can drive her there. She asked if it would be helpful if she called me when she "got ready" to schedule it and I informed her that would be very helpful. It's been over 2 weeks and nothing. We will likely get a piece of paper in the mail with an appointment we need to reschedule AGAIN. The only reason we haven't tried to go somewhere else is because my mother really likes Dr. Halverson. But if this continues we will no longer be patients.

I have been using Renal Associates for over 20 years. I have always had pleasant experiences with the doctors and staff.

The doctor my father has is really good but it's the receptionists who need to be replaced. They put you on hold for long periods of time and no one has time for that.
