      image Terrible company Tried delivering the $4000 hot tub to a stranger in the completely different city and now refuses to allow me to contact them have called their customer service line multiple times and have not been able to talk to a representative will be pressing charges as this is theft

      image Our local terminal and sales is rep is great, but corporate XPO is horrible. Billing errors, constant extra fees charged, freight delays for over a week on the last two loads. Damage is becoming more and more common. Several of our vendors and customers refuse to ship via XPO now due to these problems.
