Ive waited quite a while to write this review. I dont take these reviews lightly because I know they can have a great impact on a business, whether it be good or bad. Ive been a patient at Jackson Clinic for a couple of years now. I have several health issues so I have to go to/call more than the average person (questions for nurse, medication refills, appointments, lab work, etc..). I see Dr. Kim Hindi and I can easily say shes by far the most thorough, intelligent, professional, and genuinely kind doctor Ive ever been a patient of. I was so grateful to have finally found the right doctor for me! Nurse Leslie is like her right hand. I talk to her the most, regarding medical questions, refills, etc. She is also amazing! I cant say enough wonderful things about the both of them. However, unfortunately, there is a major problem in this office that has only gotten worse over time. The ladies in the front office, who answer the phones, are the absolute rudest, negative office staff Ive ever seen. It is very clear they do not want to be there but not only that, they are extremely uneducated on basic medical terminology and almost every time I call to get a medication refilled, they (very rudely and loudly) ask what else it could be called so I literally have to do their job for them (a very quick and easy google search) to find the other name for the medication. They never answer the phone and when I leave messages, they never get relayed to the doctor and my calls are never returned. When they do finally answer they are seriously so hateful and rude that Id almost rather go through withdrawal from being out of my medication than have another day ruined by their negative attitudes. Its not just one person, its literally every lady Ive dealt with in the front office. These people are driving what could be an amazing medical practice and staff straight to the ground and Im to the point where Im about to have to find another doctor and leave the one I LOVE because I cant deal with them anymore. I go out of my way to be nice to them and they are just impossible. Ive talked to the office manager about this but the last time I tried to speak with her she had apparently quit and I can totally understand why. This should be dealt with immediately or more people are going to leave if they havent already.

Pharmaceutical pushers for whatever the current big name drugs are and not what you ACTUALLY need. You could walk up four flights of stairs, get your BP read and be prescribed something for it. Save your time and money. They also never answer the phone.
