Alfa Insurance

Called main number after an accident. Had to wait on call back. Waited 20 minutes. Reported accident. Received call from a rep a day and a half later asking me where I wanted car to be towed. Never had to pay for tow upfront. Car was taken to Chico's. I only had to pay $250 deductible. We will see if I see an increase next billing cycle but as of right now, I'm a very satisfied customer!

I'm extremely DISGUSTED with ALFA. I have been a loyal customer to them for years and have recommended them to others. I was also referred to them by my grandmother because she was with them for years before she passed. I wasn't happy about my rate constantly going up and have talked to ALFA regarding it but I still stayed despite the constant increase. In July due to me having a high risk pregnancy was unable to work for a month because I was on bed rest and was unable to make my payment. This was the first time I was unable to. Unfortunately, ALFA canceled my insurance coverage. I called them after borrowing the money from someone to reestablish my policy and was told by Jennifer that my plan would significantly increase by more than $50 a month. I asked why would it increase so drastically after only missing one month and she couldn't provide a reason. I was so disappointed and tried to shop around for new insurance but because I had ALFA for so many years I still wanted them. I called recently after giving birth to my child to try and get insurance with them and was told by Jennifer that because I hadn't had them in months that they could not offer me ANY insurance. I asked her why? And told her that I had been loyal to them for years. She was unapologetic, not remorseful and couldn't provide an explanation as to why other than it had been a while. ALFA is a crooked price gouging, low down bunch of snakes. I WILL NEVER USE THEM AGAIN OR RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE EVER!!!!!! I HATE ALFA!!!!!
