Arguably the best experience Ive ever had at a shop in the trucking industry! Fast, professional, and courteous. As soon as I got out of my truck the mechanic was already there asking me what issue I needed fixed, he told me where to drop my trailer and to pull the truck in. I was only there for 45 minutes, APU fixed and back on the road! Well done yall!

These guys are quick. Unlike that sorry excuse for a Thermoking in Indianapolis. My tripac evolution wasn't working. Throwing a code. I called in advance from Birmingham. Birmingham wanted me to leave my tractor with them for 2-3 days. As soon as I arrived at Montgomery and checked in they had me pull in a bay. Didn't even have to drop my trailer. Hooked up their laptop, diagnosed me immediately. Checked to make sure they had the part and I was done in about an hour, definitely less than 2hrs. Now, they weren't cheap. I've yet to find any Thermoking that is cheap. But, I can tell you I was on a running clock, they knew it, and they took care of business. That's how it oughtta be. If you're gonna charge me that billable hourly labor rate, then I expect the same quality and level of service to match it. And, they did. Just so you know, I arrived there at lunch time. The tech(s) that was already in the shop was either tied up with something else or at lunch, so one of the guys from the office inside came out and performed the work. They didn't give me excuses like we get so often anymore at so many other places we go to today. They handled business. And, that's what it's about, taking care of business. I would go back. P.S. This review is based on my experience from work done two months ago. This review is NOT being written "same day". This review is after some time has passed. My APU is running and cooling me off as I write this review. They fixed my problem. For the other reviewer saying you gotta go back 2 or 3 times for them to find the problem, I can tell you that has not been my experience.
