      image Update 2024: New owners/ management reached out to apologize for my past experience there. I was impressed with the new owners and considering giving this company another chance.
      Original post 2020: So very disappointed. Deep clean was not as described & Wasn't fixed with 2nd visit to correct. I have many texts, emails, and pictures that document the poor service even with our willingness to invest more time and effort to allow the company the opportunity to rectify the quality of work and honor their word. The return visit lasted approximately 30 mins and the individual just disappeared without notice and not fixed as promised. I will be investing time to follow up the chain and sharing this experience so hopefully it won't happen to anyone else. 1st and last time using this company.
