This Carter Hill used Uber to deliver for them. When I complained that the young man left our pizza outside on a wet mat without ringing the ring alarm they seemed uninterested. There was no option for delivery. Tips are normally at the door but this company charges upfront. As you can see the pizza was cold and I had to place it in the oven. Once pizza is taken out of the warming bag and left in 40weather no one should expect it to be warm after 10 to 15 minutes. If we'd not set up text we wouldn't have ever none it was outside. That is the first time this has ever happened. However not the first problem so it took several months before we even ordered again. I just started making my own. I will think twice about ordering from Papa John's again because the last experience with Domino's was bad also. The crust was half baked without garlic and olive oil underneath. Their excuse was that it was a new guy who made the pizza lol! Again quality and appearance has failed!
