Poor "bedside manners" Curt Needs to look at patients as people in need of a physician who genuinely cares about the patient. I kept hearing " your insurance doesn't pay for that" Okay, not once did she really show interest in me as a human being. I feel like she's "all about the Benjamin's.

Dr. Hill-Graham has been a good doctor. However, the office staff will not return calls, and they file your materials with the wrong information, which causes Blue Cross to charge money when it shouldn't. When Blue Cross tried to call them to rectify the problem, they called multiple times, and no one returned the call over a period of weeks.

I have seen Dr Hill Graham for years and yes there are rare visits where my wait was longer than the usual 15 min.. but her patient interaction is incredibly warm and her smile is infectious.. she was who I went to after I accepted the fact that I was dying .. and no one would be able to tell me why .. blood pressure was through the roof .. swelling and fatigue.. I had seen 7 other doctors and not one offered a beta blocker. Not one other doctor listened and no other doctor made me feel like we were old friends.. she was and is so easy to talk to.. she listens she hears her patients and her response is quick and precise in the portal.. she and her nurses are most kind and they all talk to you life you mean so much to them..

If I could rate them a 0 I would ! Dr.Graham office is horrible . My mom called and needed to be seen because she began to be heavy chested. So she called this office and one of the nurses told her she can come in at 2:30 tomorrow ( today ) to be seen because somebody canceled . So the day of her appointment, somebody else called and told my mom she needs a covid test to be seen . Mind you when she called to make an appointment the nurse told her at first she needed one then came back and said she does not need one and just come on in . Now the day they turn around and say she needs one after telling her she didnt . My mom is pneumonia prone and they were basically brushing it off and told her if she continue to get worse go to the ER. Excuse me ? If you are her doctor why cant she be seen . What if its not covid? Then what ? At least they couldve checked for other illnesses like pneumonia . How dare they ! Because if this was their parent they would want their nurses to treat them right . They do not care for their patient and will be held liable if something happens because THEY DO NOT CARE.
