        Our company used them to install a security system with camera surveillance and secure front door entry. There was some disagreement about the front door camera as we wanted the ability to view the front door camera image on a phone app (something that is available practically anywhere). They just refused to answer emails and wont return calls. We would have paid for the upgrade too. Apparently this is how they resolve issues. Very Very unprofessional. Do yourself a favor and use someone else. The install was fine. It was just the poor customer service and follow up.

        No follow up training for the end users of the product being installed, little to no comunication with the owners during installation and service after the sale is practicly non- existent.
