Dixie Electric, Plumbing & Air

I contracted Dixie to complete the heating and air, electrical, and plumbing in my rental. I was told everything would be completed. I decided to sell the property three months later. During an inspection I found out not all the ductwork was completed and the new rooms would not be considered in the square footage unless its done. I called to have the work completed as promised. They want to charge me more money then the 20k I already paid, and im getting the run around. Totally not worth what I have paid.

I have used Dixie twice now, and had wonderful experiences both times. This week, Techs Justin D. & Lenny, went above and beyond to double check their work and clean up after they were completed. I highly recommend Dixie for their professional service!

Needed a new water heater so I chose Dixie. Great experience! Tracy and Linwaun were professional and very personable and got the job done. They went the extra mile to make sure everything was right. The ladies on the phone were accommodating and had great customer service skills . Thanks Morgan and Joyce! I highly recommend Dixie!
