CVS

This pharmacy generally has friendly staff but they seem to always be running behind. I ran by a couple of hours after a prescription was called in and they said they were backed up and to come back in 30 minutes. Dubious of the time, I called to check using the quick automated line and found out that it would not have been ready in 30 minutes. If I hadnt checked, I would have made two wasted trips in one day

Pharmacy personnel was very rude when I proved to her that their system for asking for auto refill. She kept repeating an entire different issue that had been resolved and then went to explain the different between the two type of text message like im retarded. This is what happens when you get power hungry knee grows emotional females in positions where they try to flex their muscles. Im guessing she has multiple baby daddy issues also. Taking my business to pike road as this location is officially HOOD!!!

I miss Winn Dixie!!! The staff was friendly, super helpful, wait time was reasonable, and prices for the SAME meds was significantly less. I have now been waiting 30 minutes for someone in the pharmacy to answer the phone. I give up.

I have always been very pleased by the hard work of Ray Thorington's CVS here in Montgomery. The pharmacists take the time to answer questions. I want to specifically shout out and thank Arri, who goes out of their way to help, regardless of the hurdle or request. Whether it's helping make sure a coupon or discount is applied, or looking into a prescription order, they have never been unpleasant and have always been helpful. Thank you, Arri and team!

Pharmacist are RUDE and act like they are doing you a favor to fill prescription. Worst service I have ever experienced. I miss Winn Dixie and their friendly caring staff.
