I am very disappointed on how I was treated at the pharmacy on Atlanta and Taylor Rd location. I am a diabetic on 2/21/23 went for a follow up with my Doctor who up my medication and sent it in. After about 3 days had not heard from them so I chatted on their app, where I was informed that it was out of stock. I understand that meds sometimes have to be order, fast forward to today 3/9/23 got off work early and went to the pharmacy to follow up with them since no one has been in touch with me, when I got to the counter the pharmacist was filling an order ask what did I need told her I was checking on my prescription because I had not heard from anyone. She ask for my date of birth and my name, then informed me rudely that it was not filled because the doctors office didnt send a letter of my diagnosis. At that point I ask why didnt anyone call and inform me off that, rude as can be said it out of stock anyways, not sure why people can be so nasty to other. I told her I reach out to my doctors office in the morning. Like I said what frustrates me the most is that she acted like I was bothering her. Maybe this is not the job for her. Will ask my doctors office to change pharmacy for me. If I could give a 0 on this review I truly would have. Remember that we are humans and should be treated like one. Train your staff to have more empathy with the guest.

They said that they dont take Good Rx coupons. Wife told them they are contacted obligated to take them. Wife said fine, I will change all my prescriptions to Walgreens. Then the girl threw the coupon back at her. She should be fired!
A few weeks later we needed insulin for my diabetic grandson. They called and said that it was ready for pickup. So we go to the store to pick it up and when we get there they tell us its not ready! It will be 3 hours before its ready and to come back at 5:00pm! They said it was there but they had to check it. I asked the girl why it would take 3 hours just to check it and she got an attitude and said that theres 15 people in front of us. So I asked her why they called us and said it was ready???!!!
Whet back TWO MORE TIMES AFTER THEY CALLED AGAIN AND SAID IT WAS READY FOR PICKUP AND GUESS WHAT? Get there and is still not ready. Worst customer service Ive ever seen.
Changing all my prescriptions to Walgreens. When ever they call and say my prescription is ready I go there and pick it up the first time.
Walgreens is great. They take GoodRx every time with no problem. We save a lot of money there.

In todays society prices of everything has risen substantially; saving money in any way is most important to me. The savings I received by using CVS extra bucks as well as joining extra care membership for needed house hold products was a big plus.
