I called earlier to say I wanted to do an exchange on a diffuser I purchased the diffuser is not working at all I purchased it 2 days ago the manager told me I could do an exchange without my receipt just not a refund so afterwards she told me she leaves at 5:00 I asked for her name because I told her I didn't want a hard time and I know someone would do that give me a hard time I wasn't able to make it in so I came in around 8: 00 the worker gave me the hardest time she did not want to exchange it instead she questioned me I told her who I spoke with and what time I even looked at my phone to be sure she still questioned me and proceeded to have an attitude so I asked her why question me if it's your policy and your manager from earlier told me I could have exchanged it... Giving someone a hard time over Dollar tree has to be the highlight of her day girl do better with your life
