Dollar General

Alexis is the most unprofessional manager I have ever met. If I can give this Dollar General a negative 0 I would have. Alexis needs a class on proper business etiquette and professionalism. I will be reaching out to cooperate soon.

The system didnt give me the option to put in my number so I asked the cashier to remove the items so I could see if it would pop up on the 2nd time. Even said I would get back in line so I wouldnt hold up the line for others. She flat out said No, Im not ringing up all this stuff again. I only had 6 items. So in addition to the shelves never being stocked, theres also poor customer service.

This store is at the end of my street and never has anything in stocks. The new supplies sit in buggies and stacked in aisles for days. Now for two weeks they can only take cash. We go miles away to shop because they don't have products here.

Me & Alexis (store manager) had some words because she refused to let me pay with $100. There's a sign at register telling you you have to spend $20 to pay with a $50 or $100 bill. I had just watched her take a $100 bill from the white customer who baby they was watching while she shop. The girl wouldn't stop talking at me. She told me how you gone get mad because I wouldn't take $100 bill. Then went on to say let me get you your refund so you can get out of my store. She followed out the store and my kids got out the car so now she wanna call the police.
