        I have doubts about the reservation time system. I went and waited for about 50 minutes. Also, no matter how busy you are, isn't it normal to get feedback from patients? I'm a bit disappointed that in a situation where I can't speak, he just says what he wants to say and then walks away. I don't feel like I received any service.

        A lady at pay station does not seems to happy to answer questions from patients. For the health issue, patients need to understand treatment schedule clearly even by asking repeatedly. She needs to uncover her face covering and talk loud to patients, if she hate to talk twice.

        It's clean, the doctor does a good job of crown root canal treatment, and I've been going here for almost 3 years. It hurts when I'm under anesthesia, but they tell me I'm doing well and that I'll tolerate it well, so it hurts less haha. The clinic teacher also does a good job of keeping things clean.
