        I don't understand all of these raving reviews. I called to pay off my credit card (because the system online wouldn't allow me to make a payment) and I am told that I am not allowed to make a payment for the full balance? I've never heard of this. I was also told that they aren't sure why the system wouldn't allow me to make a payment, and that I would be responsible for the $8.95 processing fee. This credit union is an absolute joke.
