This courthouse sucks.

Fails to notify of closures or answer phone calls. Website lists federal holiday closures, but not state, county, or city closures. They are the only courthouse closed for certain State holidays, and hastily scrawl a sign in pen to post on the glass door. No online notice, no phone answering machine, no email for those subscribed to county updates... All the while people are taking off work, showing up, paying $ for legally parking. What despicable inconsideration.

Remember to leave any electronic devices (cell phones, tablets, computers, etc.) at your car, because those are not allowed at the Courthouse and they don't have any place to leave them

I have never experienced such unprofessional. My granddaughter followed all instructions given concerning her case. Her paperwork Supposedly, was sitting on the judges desk for 2 weeks. Nothing had been accomplished as we were told. Had to literally go back downtown SEVERAL times. Given so many different instructions, and situation has not been resolved. My granddaughter is in college 6 hours from here! She can not afford to miss class, and we can not afford to repeatedly send her gas money to get here and back. TRULY AGGRAVATED,and pray we NEVER have to deal with the Circuit court or Circuit Clerks Office!
