        I am so pleased with my experience with ramjack!! I am a realtor with a fourplex on the market. When the appraiser went through, she cited some cracks that she had seen that had already been repaired by Ramjack. But that didn't suffice. When I originally reached out, Miss Leah mentioned that Mr. John could be up to 2 weeks out, so when I told her about a couple of deadlines, she reached out to Mr. John and he was able to get out within a week. Not only did he explain what the issue was and his procedures, of someone He was so speedy without it! Ramjack, thank you for working with me!

        I would not recommend or use Ram Jack in the future. The job was not completed, and the owner agreed. Ram Jack made no attemptto correct the foundation. They provided me a time frame for the repair and never showed up, called or returned my phone calls. Work we very unprofessional.

        Excellent work. Leveled and added support to the dining room floor after water damage revealed the original construction was poor. Floor is perfectly stable now. I highly recommend them for any type of residential repair involving foundations or flooring. Services: Concrete footings, Structural construction assistance

      Ram Jack never leaves a site with an unsatisfied customer. This work was done to correct a prior contractors work. We cleaned it up, reinforced the crawlspace floor with new support columns and added a new 3/4" plywood subfloor. Customer was responsible for finished floor covering. Customer was on site, very happy with work and approved payment. Customers' daughter who is complaining here paid with credit card. Months later customer had issues installing finished floor. Totally seperate issue due to outside house settlement.Not our responsibility. We tried to express our concerns to no avail. Customer reversed credit card charges. We appealed and won. Customer then filed a compliant in civil court saying job not complete to satisfaction. Judge looked at our photos, labor and materials evidence and ruled in our favor.We will bend over backwards to help, satisfy or in any way work to make our customer happy. Even to the point of spending additional money out of our own pocket. 90% of our business is word of mouth recommendation. We are proud of that. It's important to us personally and as a company.
