This place is pretty good to have in city, tho your options are very limited! Limited being an understatement! With that being said, we were able to get some nice boots at a fair price.

On September 7/2023 Order #24618904 In Montgomery Retail 2 Shawna was the cashier we spent about $470.00 on two separate purchases that day. We were told that the polo shirts and hats we needed were out of stock. But they could be processed thru to the corporate office in Lexington and would be available And delivered the following week. The Montgomery store was out of men Sgt polos And Sgt hats so she would have the order sent to Lexington And shipped to us delivered to our home. We waited for two weeks called the store spoke to Shawna again who told us that her system showed that our items had been delivered And she was advised to give me Fed X tracking number to contact them about our package. Once I hung up with her I contacted FedX who told me that the tracking number was a year old And that package was delivered in 2022. After being on the phone for 45 min I was told I had to have the incorrect tracking number. I proceeded to call back to the Montgomery store And spoke to Shawna again who informed me that she was sorry for the mixup and that she would contact Lexington herself and find out what the hold up was as she had located the correct order and didnt understand why it hasnt been delivered. She told me to call later in the afternoon and she would give me an update. I called back that afternoon and was told that the items would be delivered by the week of the 21. On September 26 I called back to the Montgomery store and spoke to Shawna again who gave me a 877 number that didnt work but also told me if the number didnt work to call back to this line and hit the button to speak to a sales rep at the Lexington corporate office. I then called the Lexington office and spoke with Tracy who informed me that my order was a custom order and that I should always purchase items in the store instead of getting them from the corporate office. I informed her that the Montgomery store had no Sgt men shirts available and they were out of caps so thats why the order was sent to Lexington. Tracey then told me that my order was on back order and they just received it today on the 26 of September. She also stated that they would not be ready until October 9, which was now a months wait for the items because for whatever reason they were just allocated today So Im confused as to why were werent Told our items would be on back order from the beginning? Instead of being told that they were available at the Lexington location. Also why is there miscommunication issues between the Montgomery and Lexington store this is confusing. You guys got the sale and our monies but were not forthcoming about the delay or back order status of our items. We didnt get anything customized all we ordered were items missing from the Montgomery store that was out of stock. Please make it make sense I do a ton of Google reviews and was actually waiting until I received my items to review the store. However, at this time I would like to inform other customers so they can know And understand the process for Items when there out of stock due to no fault of there own. This is very unacceptable I would like to believe that some where along the way my order was neglected and I was given the run around for no apparent reason at all Very unsatisfied that employees are making statements to customers with out knowing the accuracy of company procedures there using and having a knowledge to company policies Customers should not have to suffer when the company doesnt have products in the store especially products that arent custom made just Sgt shirts and Sgt hats no logos no specific names just shirts And hats! Standard Sgt Uniforms! Sincerely, Thanks for your attention to the Matter
