        I have been going to Dr Marianne Brock for over 20 years. She doesn't use machines, drop tables and her neck adjustments are easy, not the neck jerk that every chiropractor I've been to performs. She uses a more hands on approach that's awesome and gets down to the problem. I have several chronic autoimmune illnesses with inflammation, pain and chronic fatigue. Dr. Marianne has been a valuable partner in maintaining my health.
