My son had been going to her daycare for 6 months, since he was 2 months old. We never missed a payment or missed a day without letting her know. I lost my job on a Friday I was supposed to go by and pay her and my child was sick so I didnt make it by. I called her over the weekend because she was supposed to be open and didnt get an answer. I tried her again on Monday to tell her I was coming to pay the tuition plus the late fee and that my son was staying home that week because he was sick and before I could say that she told me she terminated his spot at her daycare after one day! She also told me DHR raised her tuition rates on the last week of the month of December 2020 from my fee of $155 to $185 and when I went pay it it was $195. DHR does not control daycare fees they just make sure daycares keep in compliance with state law. I just got the feeling she didnt want to keep my son anymore. If that was the case just say so dont try and run people off. I was so disappointed in the end after so many months. I would not recommend due to my personal experience especially if you need all day care for at least 8 hours or more like I did. She advertises that shes open from 5 am to 12 am but she has so many stipulations on her care its hard for parents who work long hours to use this daycare. Maybe great for some but was not ideal for me. I think it couldve been handled a lot better.

Mrs. Tracy is a phenomenal woman, who lives a Christ centered life! She is exceptionally loving, caring, nurturing, and accommodating. She puts others before herself! She's a great teacher and a good cook..... Ask me how I know? She's my MOM! She's been my mother and father for 19 years. She's an amazing grandmother of 4. She's absolutely the BEST, hands down!!! She's SUPER AWESOME!! Contact my mom for all your childcare needs. I promise you, you won't have any regrets.
