First time visiting on a Sunday night, customer service was horrible with slow services and very unorganized. I waited on my food for about 40 minutes.

Waited over 30 min for our food. Waitress would not come to table so we had to order by scanning a bar code on the table then were not sure we did it correct. Asked for a refill and it seemed like a major task. Will not be going back

Couple friends and I went around 10:40 one night. We waited at the hostess stand for atleast 25 minutes to be seated. The employees walked by us without saying anything. They looked at us and kept walking. My friend went to the bar after a while to ask what was going on and they told us that they didnt have enough people to cover other sections of the restaurant. They were short staffed. After waiting longer, some girl finally comes up to us and asked us how many were in our party. while i was trying to answer her, she cuts me off and says theyre not seating any more people because they closed in an hour. With a garbage attitude on top of that. I understand youre short staffed so its probably not the smoothest night, but she was doing too much with her stink attitude.
