I will have to find another place. I reported 15 minutes before my appointment. I waited for 1 hour. The front office would not tell me when my turn to see the doctor would happen. Like most everyone else, I have a job and went for this scheduled appointment on time. Waited for 1 hour. I told the front office to get me a supervisor so I can talk. Evidently they do not have any supervisors. I had to come back to my work. This hospital management need to respect the time and its value for their patients. Such a horrible experience.

My Mother was supposed to have a chemical stress test with the Cardiology department when she became ill with a viral upper respiratory infection there is no way to cancel or reschedule your appointment. The voicemail will not record and any selection you make either hangs up or is unresponsive then hangs up. They sent her a text that she can't respond to that says if you don't show up they charge you 210 dollars. So I guess the stress test is leaving a 84 year old woman who is sick threatening texts with no way to respond or she shows up for the appointment and infects everyone in the Cardiology department including patients with bad hearts. Jackson Cardiology fix your lousy phone system.

Do not waste your time or money here. My first appointment, I waited an hour and a half to be seen. The second appointment I was waiting to be seen and another patient next to me had already been waiting for 2 hours to be seen. I left and cancelled all appointments. The cardiologist was very direct and to the point. I thought that was a good thing but it is not in this case. This practice is just herding people like cattle. They're seeing high traffic and they act like it because they don't care. You're just a number to them.
