Rented a vehicle from Nashville airport to go to Orange Beach for spring break, first vehicle pieces of the vehicle started dragging on the highway
Switched vehicles in Montgomery AL, the vehicle they gave us smelled like an ashtray, went back to switch letting them know our daughter is allergic to cigarette smoke, they stated that was all they had- at least 20 more vehicles in the parking lot. Called customer service for Budget and they told me you can get it cleaned and we can get your money back
We are on vacation, we also need to now wash all of our clothes before even starting to relax DO NOT RENT FROM BUDGET
