Extremely disappointed! The lady that checked me in was great but took them an hour and a half to finally tell me they wouldnt change my oil. Went down the street to another place and had not 1 issue and was out in 15 minutes. Horrible service

I would give Ann Street in montgomery Al a 3, but their people are nice In the Auto section. They are just ALWAYS short handed, and they didn't have the tires I previously purchased for over a week. They sent me to Atlanta Hwy walmart in montgomery Al and they didn't have the tires either, so I would give them a 4 because they were nice, offered a oil change and then checked to see who would have them. I went to Chantilly Walmart then BOOM!!! They had my tires, after going there twice. It took a while, but I finally got my tires.
