This service center is ridiculous. I don't even know if there is anyone that is over the service center as far as management. If so, he or she must be outside smoking with the rest of the employees that stand around outside the service center doing just that. Sitting in the waiting room for over 3 hours for an oil change is beyond bad customer service. I sat in the waiting room and watched my car be moved to a different area because it was ready. I ended up sitting in the waiting room for another hour and a half because the people responsible for bringing the ticket to the woman who takes your payment didn't "get around to doing it". That is disrespectful and lazy. I went to woman who takes the payment and asked her why I couldn't go ahead and pay for it so I could leave. She told me two times that she still didn't have the ticket. I asked her if she could check on it. She told me that I could. I guess she was too tired from sitting down and talking. I had to ask for the ticket so I could pay and leave. I will never be back again.

My daughter took my car in to be serviced because the windshield wiper fluid would not hold in the reservoir. In their attempt to fix this, it seems it only helped a little. The wiper fluid only comes through on the right side and It does not go very high up the windshield at all So it is not effective in cleaning the windshield properly. I was not aware of this problem until a little later on because I had not been able to go anywhere in the car for a while. I called Capital Hyundai and they said that I would have to bring it back in and that I would be charged again for them to fix it again. Somehow this doesn't seem right.

My mom sent in my car exactly 3 months ago for a checkup. She asked about it multiple times about the status of it and they always replied with well let you know about it soon. Then after 2 months both me and my mom asked about it to the service manager and she told us that because of the large amount of cars they had to look at they still couldnt look at it, but maybe our car would be seen to in a few weeks.. its been three months now. Oh, and everytime she tried to ask about it, even when she got the usual well let you know about it! she never got a single call or even a text back once. We called today and apparently her car hasnt even been looked at yet.

I had several lights on my dash that needed to be resolved before the vehicle warranty was out. The emergency brake would not engage and the speed sensor was out on one tire. The issue was resolved but I worry that now it is out of warranty with only 22,000 miles on it and when the other one goes out it will unfortunately be on me to replace. With such low miles on the car Im a little disappointed that it had so many issues. I own a Tuscan with the sensor out also but went out around 100,000 miles. Still I would think the life of those sensors should be longer than that. Service: Auto maintenance
