Amesbury Apartments

The leasing office changes managers every couple months & dont keep maintenance men. You have to deal with bees on every step during the spring/summer. They have pest control but its still bugs in the apartment, its outdated & they raise the rent, some of the floors have holes. Plumbing is horrible

Amesbury Apartments should be your last resort. you have to be desperate for housing to live here. going on 3 years and ive experienced black mold maintenance request ignore for weeks on end no one cares about the residence here all the managers play the blame came and noon is capable of solving basic issues. Appliances are out of date and dont work. And Cristin will never respond to your emails and will most nearly label you problematic she is very discriminatory and hateful.

new management is completely in considerate they never answer the phone .. i experienced black mold issues for the past year for them to tell me there is none or for them to just paint over it. i have chronic asthma now i asked them what they would do if i died in the apartment they said they would just replace me. so your self a favor and do not stay here.

The Leasing Manager Evelyn is one of The Nicest People You can ever Meet! Both Her and a Assistant Manager worked to get Me Approved! I Finally chose These Apartments because it is against Apt Rules for people to be hanging out around The Apartments, but only in each residents designated areas! Maintenance Staff with Rick, Derrick and Everyone is Great if You have any issues! Thank You to The Amesbury Apts for Working to get Me Approved for My Own Place!!! GOD BLESS You All!!! IN JESUS CHRIST NAME!!!!
