        Purchased an outfit online over a month ago. Never got an update from them. I reached out through Instagram, which they did respond to let me know they would check. A few hours later I got a refund back with no explanation. I reached out to ask what happened. They opened the message, but never responded. I was looking forward to purchasing more items but after the bad experience, Ill pass. Very disappointing customer service.

        Personally didnt have a great shopping experience. Hours dont match what is posted online. Online stock is not up to date at all and just got an oops instead of the couple items I came in for.
