Their quality control... isn't. Clothes are stained, pilly, and the overall quality has dropped significantly compared to prior visits over the years.

super rude and honestly foolish. couple days ago, i brought my clothes in and my sisters clothes, and asked an employee for the fill out form. she watched me fill it out, and i put my id number for both orders (because we live together, i just wanted to keep our earnings separated) and when i came to pick it up, i told them i was here for me and my sisters clothes. one girl behind the counter goes what?? you shouldnt have done that and i said an employee literally watched me fill it out and didnt say there was any issue. and she said well your sister has to come in and get it and i said how do you even know shes my sister if my ID is on the order? and she crosses the ID number and says its fine i crossed out the ID lol whats the point of asking for an ID if you dont check?? and or just anyone can come get the order? i guess that girl wanted to feel some superiority by making my sister come up to get her clothes herself but this made zero sense. today me and my sister came up to pick up our clothes and they rolled their eyes at me lolll stop hiring children
