Top notch customer service. Kloud 7 also provides your business with a designated representative so that you may contact them directly whenever you need to have questions answered or if you have any technical issues arise. They will not close a case until the issue at hand is resolved and they stand by their word. Kloud 7 also provides unbeatable phone service rates, and they guarantee those rates. No increases thus far have occurred without our authorization. Their customer service alone is worth the switch to their service, but we are nearly a year into our service contract and Kloud 7 is just as helpful and courteous as they were on day one.
