Sherri did my taxes ever since my divorce in 2009, and I know people who have been devoted to Sherri at Walker & Walker for even longer.. But Sherri took me under her wing and took great care of me.. Always did, never let any mistake or question proceed to the next phase. Sherri is who I learned that all females aren't hateful animals, some do still care.. I miss her. She knew how to keep us clients happy, great woman!

I thought we had found a good tax preparer, until our return came in nearly $3000 less than they had stated (on the return), tried calling every number I could find , left messages, never got hold of anyone. From reading other reviews that's a pattern of theirs, I wish I'd read them before going there. Maybe this review can help someone else ! I will NEVER return there or recommend them to anyone.

I'm never going back again I worked with sherry for years and got top dollar on time,I'm sorry she passed but it don't mean not to answer the phone ppl need there money and no one to talk to,to get answers plus the woman that did my taxes last year only got me half what she I'm calling bbb if I don't get answers this week!rry did!8

Gone here the last 4 years to get my taxes done and I always have a good experience with them, except when I need to speak with someone. They NEVER answer their phone. NEVER. If you're having any kind of issues with your taxes, don't bother calling, just go ahead and take the write up at work for missing a day and drive down there. I would give them a better rating if they'd just answer their freakin phone.
