        I was treated with disdain and an unprofessional attitude by a guy named Ralston today. He apparently didn't appreciate being instructed on shipping a "cool box." Does he not work there? I didn't even get a "thank you" after shipping it.

        Amberly had a nasty attitude. After smirking with the customer before me, it went like this... She asked me to check the address. I found a 0 missing. She smirked and mumbled "it didnt put it" ...but she's typing the address? Then she says, "corner ship" I said, "what?" She said, " Tap ship in the corner of the screen" with a continued smirk. I smiled at her, acknowledging her smirking, and said "ok" Maybe she's having a bad day... but she's already sore on the eyes and needs all the personality she can get.
