        I done business with these people for 3 years just to have them threatened to auction my units off cause I was 10 days late due to hardships. Consumers beware they also charge you 2 late fees per month

      Every tenant signs a lease that outlines all late fees charged for late rental payments and we follow the state of Alabama lien laws that are also in the lease agreement. We never want to have any tenant go to auction, so please communicate ahead of time in the future. Thanks for your business.
