        Can never get a answer on the phone. Storage got broken in me nor Detective can never get a answer smh This happened back in 2020-2021 I saw the response from the owner! There is reports and also a news footage of this happening also stating it was an inside job crook! I also have a police report and for you to say you cant find my name thats because the storage was in my husbands name his car was in it! If I Need to I will upload the police report m! And this happened to more than one customer clearly its in it the reviews! I literally just read another review saying the same thing! And this is regards to the airport location behind Dodges!!

        Our utility trailer was stolen from this location and carried to Mississippi along with another trailer in 2021 but we did not find out until April 2023. Management claimed they did not know and never contacted us but they continued to collect auto payments for 18 months. Tried to negotiate with them to at least get the $900 in fees back but they only offered to pay $400. The trailer sat at a tow yard and they wanted $2800 to give us our trailer back that we didn't even know was there and the people that stole it were living in it. This storage facility was negligent and acted like they were doing God's work to give us only $400. They acted like it was our fault and showed no accountability. They were aware of the break in at their facility so if they had checked their inventory, none of this would have happened. We lost our trailer plus over $900 in fees for 18 months. Awful way to conduct business. I could not in good conscience do what they did even if it cost me.

        A bit expensive for a storage unit. However I haven't rented one in a long long time. When I was younger they were ate a lot cheaper!

        I have been there for almost a year been robe twice. There is No cameras and no cooperation from the management,they just tell you call the cops and do a police report. They does does not offer your any help.

      We have no record of a Michael Soler renting with us. Storage facilities do not insure tenant contents, we rent space suitable for self storage. Just so that Michael and the public are aware, our rental agreements state you must insure your contents. You can do that mulitple ways, you can self insure where you replace lost, damaged, stolen items, you can check with your homeowners insurance, sometimes homeowners policies cover away from home storage, or you can opt into a low cost monthly policy with a private insurance company that specializes in storage coverage. Renter's Insurance cannot be stressed enough! All any facility can do is provide any camera footage to the police once you file a police report. We do in fact have cameras, unforunately sometimes there are just circumstances that occur that result in poor quality coverage of the situation and it is not helpful. Management is happy to coorperate with our tenants and our police. Currently Mobile is facing some of its highest crime rates and just like at your home, fences, cameras, & locks do not always scare someone who is up to no good. Every non climate controlled unit on any storage facility in the US is subject to crime.
