Alarm not working properly, have been calling for help for weeks, no return calls, no techs to come out, just collect money

I have called for 3 weeks, messaged this company on Facebook, submitted a ticket online and no one calls back. It started with needing assistance with updating the WiFi settings on the panel since my network changed at home and now the keypad just doesnt work at all. Unable to use my doorbell, under cabinet lights, garage, and thermostat FOR THREE WEEKS- NO ONE CALLS BACK!!!!! My house is only a year old and this is what I have. I think they did this to make me stop calling. This is the most frustrating thing Ive had to deal with. Updates:10/29/2021- I have called weekly. Your technician Brad hung up on my face. Ive had this issue long before hurricane Ida. No one calls back. You say private message you and I did. Ive filed a BBB complaint, left reviews on your site, messaged you on Facebook, called several times a week for months, emailed quolysis, went to the local inner parish security location in my town, contacted alarm.com and still nothing. You say message you? How? Like Ive literally tried Everything
