Called to reserve a sack to pick up day before Easter at 11:00. Live an hour away. Got delayed so I knew that I wouldnt be there at 11. I called at 10:00 to give a heads up, and good thing I did. Lady on the phone said she didnt see my order. I asked if they still had some Live available, she put me on hold and came back and said yes. I asked if one could be reserved for me and set aside since my order that I called in the day before apparently got misplaced (I get it, mistakes happen). However she said she couldnt do that because its first come, first serve. This kind of caught me off guard. So I could reserve yesterday, you lose my order, have crawfish available, but cant set that aside? she said no, and they were too busy at the moment to do that.i ended the phone call at that moment.luckily we found another vendor that was able to provide crawfish. The whole situation was handled poorly. Again, I get mistakes happen, but the response to that mistake was..lacking.
