Following up from my husbands review from a week ago... We still have not been able to get in touch with anyone at the office for the repair we need done on the property. After emails and texts we have not heard back so I wrote a note and attached it to our rent payment from the beginning of this month... Still never heard back from them but I'm sure the money order was cashed. Communication was not like this when we started renting this house but after this issue we are starting to wonder what happened to this company...

I have been trying to reach someone in their office for 3 days just to ask a few questions and I have yet to receive a call or text back per their voice message. I'm glad I'm not renting through them as I can only imagine if I were and needed maintenance assistance, how that experience would be. Very poor customer service.

Currently renting a house through classic rentals, Communication is non existent with them. After reaching out several times by email and text for repair. They just simply do not care. Walk away and find someone else to rent from!

I highly recommend Classic Rentals if you need a place to live. I have rented from them for years and Jay and Cindy are the absolute best. Theyre always available when I call and handle any issue I have swiftly and professionally. Im never moving
