        Patti was very good with communication between us, scheduling showings, availability, response to calls/texts. Informative about our options, things to consider, what to look for, and what to avoid. She was great about giving us easily viewable listings, planning how to see multiple properties, and dealing with the closing process. She knows the area and knows how to find listings that fit the buyer's priorities, and price range too! Very lovely to work with her and I would absolutely recommend her to anyone, especially first time buyers like we were.
