Leanne Carpenter provided us with the best Real Estate state experience possible. She treated us like family and made sure we got the best deal on our home. She did her research and helped us negotiate an amazing deal. I trusted her 100% in the whole process. Once you deal with Leanne you will be disappointed in all your other Real Estate experiences because she really goes above and beyond at all hours of the day to make sure you get what you want, in the time line you are looking for. I've never even dealt with an agent that puts half the effort Leanne does for her clients. Not only did she help us with the house, she also provided me with insurance companies, inspectors, painter, handymen, roofers, and termite services she trusted. All her referrals were wonderful and responsive as well. If I could I would take her to other states with me to deal with my other properties. You won't be disappointed going with Leanne or her company and she's worth the switch if you already have an agent!
