Will Hairston was our agent for a land transaction in Dallas county where I was a seller. He was extremely fast, knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. He was able to find us a buyer at about $500/acre higher than we were able to find on our own. Knowing the market and potential buyers and sellers is important! Will knows them. He also helped us navigate a somewhat complex deal with the buyer. He knows what he is doing.

Will Hairston got it done. We needed to sell some long-held family partnership land in area that was losing prosperity. Will was able to parcel the land appropriately to get us the best possible price for the market and area. He also has resources who can do improvement work and legal work in a timely fashion for a fair price. He is easy to work with and I recommend him highly. I continue to work with him on some of my personally held property.
