Lady answering the phone scoffed at us for asking about services for our autistic child after being referred here by our pediatrician. Get a new receptionist because you're losing more potential clients than just us.

Dont waste your time like I did. Appointment scheduled for TWO months just for them to call me an hour before my appointment time to tell me the doctor was sick. Also refused to credit ME the $100 THEY receive if the patient cancels. Greedy, money hungry. Luckily I am not a suicidal patient. I wonder how many people we have lost because of psychiatric offices like this who do not care about their patients.

Our family has been trying to make an appointment for two weeks and still have not been able to get one. Paper work submitted promptly, multiple calls made with no calls back to see if paper work was received and to schedule an appointment still without any luck.Finally after repetitive emails as well, we get a call back and are still not able to make an appointment. We have done everything on our end, but with the lack of comprehension with the receptionist, Kathy, we have still not been able to get an appointment. Two weeks in to this mess, and if this is how they work in the office, we will try to go else where. *After reading other reviews, I can see this is clearly not a new issue that people are dealing with.
