I used to use Trademark for all of my business shirts. I'm not sure if the management has changed or what but the customer service is not good. I've called about 5 times asking for a price quote. The operator or receptionist was supposed to email me (she wouldn't give it to me over the phone -not sure why) and she never did. I called several times and no answer and when I did get her on the phone she repeatedly lied to me saying she was going to send the email. She even took my number to call back to check if I received the email, to this day she has never called. And no email, I even checked my junk/spam folder too. I guess I will take my money elsewhere, it's not wanted at Trademark Promotions.

Placed in order in 2020 for masks and we've yet to receive them or a refund. Made mistake of placing another order in June of 2021 and we only received half of the order. Can't reach anyone via phone or get a response back by email therefore we have involved our attorney and the Better Business Bureau.
