It was a 5 when I first got there until they had me fool my baby was only there 2 months and I was call multiple times cause he was being a baby if you have a child who just getting in daycare I highly dont recommend they also double diaper my child he only 2 I never did that before

Love this daycare!!!! Very professional, well-ran and my toddler loved it! Unfortunately they open at 7am instead if 6am or we would still be there! Struggling yo find a daycare who can compete with them!!

My experience was going great up until two months ago that my one year old son started to get complaints about his behavior. It started to become an every other day occurrence, then became a complaint everyday. With every complaint, they will say that he did something for no reason. Never capturing what event led to him acting out. What was more weird that his teacher never once came to me as much as we talked and never said a word. Later it was brought to the light that she would inform the front desk clerk about my childs behavior, which resulted in the director relaying messages back to her (front desk) to text me. I know my son and he does not hit, scratch or pull hair for no reason. My son is very sweet, but Im very understanding that he is not always innocent. HE IS A TODDLER. I always felt that it was their word against yours, because they dont have cameras inside the classrooms. His behavioral complaints got well out of hand to the point we had to meet with the Director. After a while, we started to feel like our child was being targeted or labeled as the bad kid. Also, we were being told in other words that our child was possibly had delays by (front desk clerk) Because he only says mama. That was very offensive and very incorrect. My child talks fluently with full sentences. Their statement alone made me realize how much they dont pay attention to the children. Such irony that I am a pediatric nurse and work for a pediatric office. Nevertheless, The final straw came when we were summons to pick up our child in an unprofessional manner. Then, once my husband walked in to get my child and his belongings, he overheard the front desk clerk and his teacher gossiping about my child. My child was sitting in the high chair while the front desk clerk child who is in the same classroom as my son had my sons shoe running around the classroom with it. So to keep from being on the news about my child, he is no longer attending this daycare. SN: Anything I said I can prove with pictures, audio recordings and screenshots.

My 4 yr old loves coming here. Never a fight about coming to daycare, she loves it.
